The role of the PMO in Acquistion Integration and Separation Programmes
Gunes Sahillioglu, Director, Excellix, London, UK
Post-acquisition integration programmes (as well as separation programmes) impact all disciplines from Commercial to HR, IT and Customer Support. Most of these changes are governed by corresponding laws and regulations (HR, Pensions, Commercial Law, Taxation etc). The composition and the skills set of the PMO that coordinates this type of programme constitute a topic of interest.
